(A) All the provisions of the Illinois Liquor Control Act and the rules and regulations issued by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, as amended, pertaining to local control of alcoholic beverages are hereby incorporated into and declared to be a part of this Chapter the same as if expressly set forth herein.
(B) The sections and subsections of this Chapter shall be deemed to be severable, and the invalidity of any portion of this Chapter shall not affect the validity of the remainder. (Ord. 81-28, 6-29-81)
