8-5-2-6: EXEMPTIONS:
No fee shall be required for any horse owned by the village or a park district. Owners of a horse so exempt from payment of fees shall, however, apply for and obtain a license as otherwise provided in this chapter. (Ord. 05-02, 6-17-2005)
