(A) It shall be unlawful to permit any building, structure or place to remain in such a condition as to be dangerous to the public health in any way. Any such structure, building or place is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 67-3, 7-24-1967)
(B) No premises used for agriculture shall be or become a public nuisance solely because of changed conditions in the surrounding area occurring after the premises has been used for agriculture continuously for more than one year, provided such premises was not a nuisance at the time the agricultural use was established.
