7-1-2: CESSPOOLS, SEWER DRAINS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, permit, cause, create or contribute to, in any way, an open sewer drain or cesspool, and it shall also be unlawful for any person to permit, create, cause or contribute to any unsightly, nauseous or unhealthful condition by failing to properly dispose of sewage or refuse. (Ord. 67-3, 7-24-1967)
