2-7-2: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter the following terms are defined as follows:
BOARD OR BOARD OF TRUSTEES: The board of trustees of said pension fund.
POLICE: Full time police officers or full time police officers entitled to participate in the benefits of said pension fund as provided by said article 3 of said Illinois pension code. (Ord. 04-5, 4-1-2004)
