6-4-2: LOT STANDARDS:
   (A)   Insofar as practical, side lot lines shall be at right angles to straight street lines or radial to curved street lines.
   (B)   Lot dimensions, area and setbacks shall comply with the requirements of the zoning regulations of the village (title 5 of this code), as amended, for the district in which the property is situated, or, in the case of property situated in the unincorporated zone, with the dimensions and area requirements for lots of the most similar zoning district within the village.
   (C)   Lots shall not block any street extensions which have been set forth on the official map of the village. Size of lots or tracts laid out and intended for business use shall be adequate to provide off street service and parking facilities as required by the type of use and development contemplated and in accordance with the zoning regulations of the village, as amended.
   (D)   All lots shall abut on a publicly dedicated street, private street or private access.
   (E)   Double frontage or through lots are not permitted except where lots back upon a primary street, or where topographic or other conditions render subdividing otherwise unreasonable. Such double frontage lots shall have at least twenty feet (20') of the setback for a protective screen planting on any frontage on an area service road, collector street, freeway or regional highway, if any. Vehicular and pedestrian access between double frontage lots and a primary street is prohibited. (Ord. 93-5, 5-24-1993)
