2-2-6: OFFICIAL PLAN; RESERVATION OF POWER:
The board of trustees shall retain the power to prepare or originate any official plan for the village, and to amend, revise or modify such official plan from time to time as may be deemed necessary or desirable. (Ord. 62-7, 8-27-1962)
