It shall be the duty of the Village Board of Trustees, or its delegated Enforcement Officer, to enforce the requirements of the Plan. He may call upon any other department or official of the Village to furnish him with such information or assistance as he may deem necessary for the observance or enforcement of the Plan, and it shall be the duty of such other departments or officials to furnish such information or assistance when requested.
