The Plan hereby adopted consists of:
(A) The Official Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Barrington Hills of 1978, adopted by the Village by virtue of Ordinance No. 78-12 passed and approved on August 28, 1978.
(B) Barrington Hills Comprehensive Plan Map, including the unincorporated area within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the Village boundaries, which Map shall be and remain on file in the office of the Village Clerk, and as hereafter amended.
(C) The Barrington Hills Road Network Map, which shall be and remain on file in the office of the Village Clerk, and as hereafter amended.
(D) The Barrington Hills Subdivision Ordinance, contained in Chapters 2 through 6 of this Title 6 of the Village Code of Barrington Hills, as amended or hereafter amended.
(E) The 1975 BACOG Comprehensive Plan (not including the 2 maps included therein) as amended on the face thereof in the form of the BACOG Comprehensive Plan, which Plan is hereby adopted by reference and shall be and remain on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
(F) The "BACOG Area Land-Use Policies Map" and the "BACOG Area Environmental Analyses and Policies Map" adopted by BACOG as parts of the BACOG Comprehensive Plan except to the extent that said maps differ from the Barrington Hills Comprehensive Plan Map or the Barrington Hills Road Network Map, both dated August 27, 1973; whenever said BACOG Maps and the said Barrington Hills Maps shall differ, the Barrington Hills Comprehensive Plan Map or the Barrington Hills Road Network Map shall remain in full force and effect and be controlling.
The Village Plan, together with the Maps referred to in this Section, shall be placed on file with the Village Clerk and shall be available for public inspection at all times during business hours. Copies shall be made available to all interested parties upon payment of the printing and distribution fee established from time to time by the Village Board of Trustees. (Ord. 93-5, 5-24-93)
