§ 92.16 PROHIBITIONS AGAINST OPEN FIRES.

No person shall, when a proclamation as provided for in § 92.15 has been issued, light or maintain an open fire at any location in the county while such proclamation is in effect. Any person violating this section shall be subject to the fines and penalties hereinafter provided.
