§ 92.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   The fine for noncompliance with § 92.04(B) shall be set at $100 for first occurrence; then $500 for each subsequent occurrence, payable to the General Fund of the county.

   (C)   A person who violates §§ 92.15 through 92.17 may be fined up to the sum of $500 for each offense of §§ 92.15 through 92.17.
