(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm, partnership, or cooperation charged with a duty under § 35.01 but fails to or refuses to comply herewith shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 with each day of noncompliance constituting a separate offense. All fines to be remitted to the General Fund of the county within ten days after issuance of citation for noncompliance. In the event the citation is not paid within the time, then this penalty shall be enforced by County District Court. The County Sheriff shall enforce § 35.01.
