2-4-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for a transient merchant, peddler, solicitor or canvasser to engage in any such business without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with the provisions of this Chapter. (Ord. 82-12, 10-19-1982)
