2-4-2: PREREQUISITES TO LICENSE:
Prior to the issuance of a license to engage in any business regulated by this Chapter, the applicant shall post a bond with the Natrona County Clerk. The individual or entity may then make application to the Town, with proof of bonding, for issuance of a Town business license. (1999 Code)
