In addition to any other penalty which may be imposed for a violation of this Chapter, as set out in Section 1-4-1 of this Code, any license granted under the provisions of this Chapter may be cancelled at any time by the governing body for a violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter or other ordinances of the Town, or of State law. The hearing procedures as set out in Section 3-2-4 of this Code shall be followed in revoking the license. (Ord. 82-13, 10-19-1982; amd. 1999 Code)
