A. Set By Governing Body: The governing body shall, from time to time, determine the maximum fares which may be charged by any person operating a taxicab. When such maximums have been established, no person shall charge any passenger a fare exceeding such maximums.
B. Display Fares: Each person operating a taxicab shall display, in a prominent place within such taxicab, a complete listing of the fares charged by such operator. (Ord. 82-13, 10-19-1982)
