9-4-1: PREPARATION AND REQUIRED INFORMATION:
A final plat must be prepared by a registered Wyoming land surveyor and be clearly drawn on a sheet of four (4) mil mylar or other transparent, stable base material, and shall include the following:
   A.   The name of the subdivision (which shall not duplicate the name in spelling or pronunciation with any other recorded subdivision in Bar Nunn or surrounding municipalities or in Natrona County), legal description, name, and signature(s) of owner(s), developer(s) and engineer, placed in the lower right hand corner of the plat;
   B.   Space for the filing record of the clerk's office;
   C.   Dedication and acknowledgment statement executed by the owners of all legal and equitable interests in the property being subdivided, with corporate seal when appropriate. The dedication shall be in a form approved by the town attorney and in accordance with state law;
   D.   Date of preparation, written scale, graphic scale of one inch equals one hundred feet (1" = 100'), one inch equals fifty feet (1" = 50'), one inch equals forty feet (1" = 40'), one inch equals thirty feet (1" = 30'), one inch equals twenty feet (1" = 20'), one inch equals ten feet (1" = 10') or other approved scale, and north arrow and north sign designated as a true north;
   E.   Location of land other than roads intended to be conveyed or reserved for public use or reserved in the deeds for the use of all property owners in the proposed subdivision. Such land shall be identified by a lot and block number;
   F.   Certification in the form required by law by a Wyoming land surveyor to the effect that the layout represents a survey made by him or under his supervision, and that all dimensional and other details are correct;
   G.   Exact closure, which shall be in excess of one foot (1') in ten thousand feet (10,000'), along with a copy of computations;
   H.   Signature blocks for use, after approval by the mayor and the town clerk, zoning and planning commission chairman, town engineer, and town surveyor, and county clerk;
   I.   Any differences between bearings (azimuths) and distances of other adjoining surveys, in written notations;
   J.   The basis of bearings (azimuths) and distances of other adjoining surveys, in written notations;
   K.   A layout including the following:
      1.   Boundary lines with accurate distances and bearings, and the exact location and width of all existing or recorded streets intersecting the boundary of the tract;
      2.   Where applicable, curve data, so labeled, showing the radii, central angles, arc length, notation of nontangent curves, and location of points of curvatures and intersections;
      3.   Location of existing and proposed easements (including drainage easements), designated as to use and size;
      4.   The right of way lines, widths, locations and street names of all existing and proposed streets or roads within the proposed subdivision;
      5.   Any additional notations as required by the town engineer or zoning and planning commission.
   L.   A statement indicating there will be no public maintenance of private roads, if such roads are proposed;
   M.   The names of abutting subdivisions, or an indication that abutting property is unplatted;
   N.   A vicinity map indicating the location of the subdivision with respect to a recognizable larger area, at a scale of one inch equals six hundred feet (1" = 600') unless written approval of the town engineer is obtained for another scale;
   O.   A size conforming to one of the following:
      1.   Eight and one-half by eleven inches (81/2 x 11");
      2.   Eight and one-half by fourteen inches (81/2 x 14");
      3.   Ten and three-fourths by fifteen inches (103/4 x 15") (11/2 inch margin left hand, short side; 11/4 inch margin all other sides);
      4.   Twenty four by thirty six inches (24 x 36") (11/2 inch margin left hand, short side; 1/2 inch margin all other sides);
      5.   Fifteen by twenty one and one-half inches (15 x 211/2") (11/2 inch margin left hand, long side; 3/8 inch margin all other sides);
      6.   Twenty one and one-half by thirty inches (211/2 x 30") (11/2 inch margin left hand, short side; 1/2 inch margin all other sides);
      7.   Thirty six by twenty four inches (36 x 24") (11/2 inch margin left hand, short side; 1/2 inch margin all others);
      8.   Eighteen by twenty four inches (18 x 24") (11/2 inch margin left hand, long side; 3/8 inch margin all other sides);
   P.   Any corrections, changes, additions, or conditions placed upon preliminary plat by the council;
   Q.   Certificate of vacation, if replat;
   R.   A digital copy of the subdivision plat, annexation map, or replat shall be submitted as part of the final plat requirement and shall be in an ArcGIS, AutoCAD, or compatible format that has been accepted by the town.
      1.   File names shall be a maximum of eight (8) characters with the appropriate file type designator (DXF or ESRI shapefile) as the suffix characters. Files may be compressed into a zip file format.
      2.   Each digital submission shall have a clearly defined layering convention in which all entities or drawing components of like type are grouped into distinct layers. At a minimum, the components that must be grouped into distinct layers are the subdivision boundary, street centerlines, street right of way, lot lines, easements, street names, lot dimensions, lot numbers, and block numbers. Included with each DXF file shall be a list in an ACSII text file that contains the layer names used in the submitted file. Each layer name shall be followed with a description of the type of entity found on each layer.
      3.   Each digital submission shall show at least four (4) corners with Wyoming state plane coordinates (X, Y and Z) in NAD 83 datum. The convergence angle and combination factor shall be shown on all final plats. (Ord. 2012-04, 7-17-2012)
