9-3-5: APPLICATION SUBMITTAL:
The complete preliminary plat application must be submitted to the town engineer by five o'clock (5:00) P.M. at least thirty (30) working days prior to the commission meeting at which the application is to be considered. (Ord. 2012-04, 7-17-2012)
