9-3-3: PRELIMINARY MEETING:
   A.   Persons desiring to subdivide unplatted property shall meet with zoning and planning commission representative and town engineer, or a designee appointed by the mayor, prior to submitting a preliminary plat application. The purpose of the meeting shall be to advise such person of the requirements and procedures for subdividing property.
   B.   The zoning and planning commission representative and town engineer shall have the authority to prepare a form requiring supporting information for a preliminary plat. (Ord. 2012-04, 7-17-2012)
