9-1-6: FEES FOR SUBDIVISION REVIEW AND RECORDATION:
   A.   The subdivider shall pay a nonrefundable review fee at the time a preliminary plat is submitted to the town for review. The amount of the fee shall be set by resolution of the town council. If the owner fails to submit the final plat within the six (6) month period from the approval of the preliminary plat by the council, the owner shall forfeit all fees previously paid and shall be required to begin the approval procedure again and pay all required fees.
The subdivider shall pay a fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) or ten dollars ($10.00) per lot, up to a maximum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), whichever is greater, with each final plat submitted to the town council. In addition, the subdivider shall pay recording fees and attendant administrative costs upon approval of the final plat by the town council. The recording and attendant administrative costs shall be established by resolution of the town council. If submitted within six (6) months of preliminary plat approval, the preliminary plat fee shall be credited to the final plat fee. (Ord. 2012-04, 7-17-2012)
