1-9-12: PENALTY:
Violation of any provisions of this chapter shall subject the offender to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day during which an offense is constituted shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 83-08, 9-6-1983; amd. 1999 Code)
