8-12-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is to provide a uniform set of standards, conditions, and procedures for the placement of micro wind systems, small wind energy conversion systems, and temporary meteorological towers on property located within the town of Bar Nunn. (Ord. 2012-1, 4-17-2012)
