7-3-16: ELECTRICAL WIRING SYSTEM:
   A.   Generally: If an electrical wiring system is provided, its fixtures, equipment, and appurtenances and installation shall consist of and be in accordance with the code known as the current edition of the National Electrical Code, as adopted in subsection 7-1-1H of this Code.    B.   Power Distribution Lines:
      1.   Main power lines shall be constructed underground. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982)
      2.   All direct burial conductors or cables shall be buried at least thirty six inches (36") below the ground surface and shall be insulated and specially approved for the purpose. Such conductors shall be located not less than one foot (1') radial distance from water, sewer, gas or communication lines. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982; amd. Ord. 87-03, 5-19-1987)
   C.   Individual Connections:
      1.   If individual trailer spaces are connected to the electrical wiring system, an approved type of disconnecting device and overcurrent protective equipment shall be provided. The service per outlet shall be one hundred twenty (120) volts AC, fifteen (15) amperes or thirty (30) amperes.
      2.   Outlet receptacles at individual trailer spaces shall be located not more than twenty five feet (25') from the overcurrent protective devices in the trailer and a three (3) wire grounding type shall be used. Receptacles shall be of weatherproof construction and configurations shall be in accordance with American Standard Outlet Receptacle C-73.1.
      3.   The trailer shall be connected to the outlet receptacle by an approved type of flexible cable with connectors and a male attachment plug.
   D.   Grounding: All exposed noncurrent carrying metal parts of trailers and all other equipment shall be grounded by means of a grounding conductor run with branch circuit conductors or other method approved grounded metallic wiring. The neutral conductor shall not be used as an equipment ground for trailers or other equipment. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982)
