7-3-15: SEWAGE SYSTEM:
   A.   Generally: An adequate and safe sewage system shall be provided in all travel trailer parking areas for conveying and disposing of all sewage. Such system shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with State laws and applicable provisions of this Chapter and other ordinances of the Town.
   B.   Sanitary Stations:
      1.   A sanitary station shall be provided consisting of at least: a trapped four inch (4") sewer riser pipe, connected to the travel trailer parking area sewage system, surrounded at the inlet end by a concrete apron sloped to the drain, and provided with a suitable hinged cover and a water outlet, with the necessary appurtenances, connected to the parking area water supply system to permit periodic washdown of the immediate adjacent areas.
      2.   Each travel trailer parking area shall be provided with a sanitary station in the ratio of one for every one hundred (100) trailer spaces or fractional part thereof. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982; amd. Ord. 87-03, 5-19-1987)
   C.   Sewer Lines: All sewer lines shall be constructed as per applicable rules and regulations of the Town and State.
   D.   Individual Connections: If facilities for individual sewer connections are provided, the following requirements shall apply: any and all provisions and requirements of the Town and State. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982; amd. 1999 Code)
   E.   Sink Wastes: A service sink shall be provided for disposal of gray water and liquid wastes and for clean up and maintenance of the service building. No liquid wastes or gray water from sinks or other sources shall be discharged, disposed of or allowed to accumulate on the ground. Violation of this subsection by any person shall constitute "littering" and be punishable under the Town Code as such. (Ord. 87-03, 5-19-1987)
   F.   Sewage Treatment Or Discharge: A sanitary sewer system of the travel trailer parking area shall be connected to the Municipal sewer system; provided, that upon application, the governing body may waive this requirement under the terms and conditions and circumstances and in the manner provided for in case of a water connection under subsection 7-3-14B of this Chapter. Where the sewer lines of the travel trailer parking area are not connected to a public sewer, all proposed sewage disposal facilities shall be approved by the Town Engineer prior to construction. Effluents from sewage treatment facilities shall not be discharged into any waters of the State except with prior approval of the Town Engineer and the State. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982; amd.
