7-3-13: SITE REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Generally:
      1.   Each designated unit space provided for a truck camper, travel trailer or tent or tenting unit shall contain a minimum of nine hundred (900) square feet.
      2.   Each designated unit space provided for tenting units shall be provided with a table, a concrete or iron facility for fire and easy access to disposal of liquid and solid wastes which might create a public health hazard. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982)
      3.   The campground shall be furnished with lighting units so spaced and equipped with luminaries placed at such mounting heights as will provide the following average maintained levels of illumination for the safe movement of pedestrians and vehicles at night:
         a.   All parts of the campground street system: four-tenths (0.4) foot-candle.
         b.   Potentially hazardous locations, such as major street intersections and steps or stepped ramps; individually illuminated, with a minimum of eight-tenths (0.8) foot-candle. (Ord. 87-03, 5-19-1987)
      4.   Condition of soil, ground water level, drainage and topography shall not create hazards to the property or the health or safety of the occupants. The site shall not be exposed to objectionable smoke, noise, odors or other adverse influences, and no portion subject to unpredictable or sudden flooding, subsidence or erosion shall be used for any purpose which would expose persons or property to hazards.
   B.   Soil And Ground Cover: Exposed ground surfaces in all parts of a travel trailer parking area shall be paved or covered with stone screenings or other solid material, or protected with a vegetative growth that is capable of preventing soil erosion and of eliminating objectionable dust.    C.   Separation Of Trailers: A minimum spacing of fifteen feet (15') in any direction shall be provided between all mobile homes, independent or dependent travel units or other structures. (Ord. 87-03, 5-19-1987)
   D.   Recreation Areas: In all travel trailer parking areas there shall be at least one recreation area which shall be easily accessible from all trailer spaces. The size of such recreation area shall not be less than eight percent (8%) of the gross site area or two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet, whichever is greater. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982)
   E.   Setbacks From Public Streets: A minimum spacing of eight feet (8') shall be provided from mobile homes, independent or dependent travel units, to streets or other common areas. (Ord. 87-03, 5-19-1987)
   F.   Parking Area Requirements:
      1.   General Requirements: All parking areas shall be provided with safe and convenient vehicular access from abutting public streets or roads to each trailer space. Alignment and gradient shall be properly adapted to topography. Surfacing and maintenance shall provide a smooth, hard and dense surface which shall be well drained.
      2.   Access: Access to travel trailer parking areas shall be designed to minimize congestion and hazards at their entrance or exit and allow free movement of traffic on adjacent streets. All traffic into or out of the parking areas shall be through such entrances and exits.
      3.   Internal Streets: Surfaced roadways shall be an adequate width to accommodate anticipated traffic and in any case shall meet the following minimum requirements:
One-way, no parking

      4.   Off-street Parking And Maneuvering Space: All travel trailer parking areas shall have sufficient parking and maneuvering space so that the parking, loading or maneuvering of trailers incidental to parking shall not necessitate the use of any public street, sidewalk or right of way or any private grounds not a part of the travel trailer parking area.
