A. The collection, storage and disposal of refuse shall be of a manner and frequency to avoid creating an insect or rodent harborage, health hazard or odor nuisance. (Ord. 87-03, 5-19-1987)
B. Refuse and/or solid waste sanitary dumpsters shall be provided in adequate numbers within one hundred feet (100') of each unit space and shall be provided with rat and animal covers.
C. Garbage shall be collected and disposed of a minimum of once weekly and more often if needed. (Ord. 82-05, 7-6-1982)
