A. Adopted: There is hereby adopted by the town of Bar Nunn for the purpose of prescribing regulations to safeguard life, health, property and public welfare, the suggested code known as the international residential code, 2003 or current edition. One copy of this code shall be kept on file at Bar Nunn Town Hall. (Ord. 2004-05, 12-21-2004)
