6-4-2: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this Chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section:
LARGE TREES: Those trees that attain a height of thirty feet (30') or more at maturity.
PROPERTY OWNERS: Any person owning property situate within the Town as shown by the plats of Natrona County, State of Wyoming.
SMALL TREES: Those trees that attain a height of twenty feet (20') to thirty feet (30') at maturity.
TOWN PROPERTY: All Town-owned property, including parks, dedicated rights of way and other real property.
TREE TRIMMERS: Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of cutting, trimming, pruning, spraying, injecting chemicals or removing trees or shrubs for compensation. (Ord. 91-06, 10-1-1991; amd. 1999 Code)
