6-2-4: PLUMBING FIXTURES; INSPECTION:
   A.   Separate Service Line Required: Each property shall be served by its own sewer service line. All plumbing fixtures in any building or structure on land adjoining or abutting on or near any street or alley or other place through which there are sewer mains leading to and connected with the sewer utility of the Town shall be connected by the owner, tenant or occupant of the property to such mains upon notice from the Town.
   B.   Inspection Before Connection Made: All plumbing shall be subject to inspection by the Town or its authorized representatives, in order to ascertain whether the requirements of this Chapter have been or are being complied with. It shall be unlawful for any person to cause any plumbing within or outside the Town to be connected with the sewer utility of the Town until such plumbing shall have been inspected and approved and a certificate or tag of approval issued by the Town.
