4-2-11: INTERFERENCE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS 1 :
   A.   Interfering With A Law Enforcement Officer 2 : It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully interfere, delay, interrupt, hinder, distract or preclude any law enforcement officer or any other person duly empowered with police authority from discharging his lawful duty.
   B.   Resisting Arrest; Escape 3 :
      1.   It shall be unlawful for any person to physically interfere with, threaten to physically interfere, or physically resist any law enforcement officer or any person duly empowered with police authority while effectuating a lawful arrest.
      2.   No person shall, in any manner, wilfully assist any person in the custody of any law enforcement officer or any person duly empowered with police authority, to escape, or rescue or attempt to rescue any other person so in custody.
   C.   Interference With Town Employees: It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere in any way with any employee of the Town in the performance of his work. It shall also be unlawful to displace any stakes or landmarks deposited or installed by any employee, or to molest any tools, instrument or equipment used by the employee in the performance of his official duties.
