4-2-2: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY:
   A.   Violations: Any person violating any provision or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor under any provision of this Chapter shall be punished by a fine as assessed under Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during which any violation of any provision of this Chapter is committed, continued, or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished accordingly.
   B.   Failure To Pay Fine, Costs: Upon the rendition of judgment against any defendant for violation of any provision of this Chapter, the Municipal Judge shall enter judgment upon his docket. If the defendant shall thereafter neglect or refuse to satisfy the judgment and costs of suit, the Municipal Judge shall be entitled to issue such court orders, including, but not limited to, contempt orders and/or issue warrants for arrest, as are necessary to bring about defendant's compliance and payment of fines under the terms of the judgment entered.
