4-1-15: BREAKING INTO ANIMAL CONTROL SHELTER:

It is unlawful for any person to break into the animal control shelter or vehicle, or turn loose or otherwise release any animal impounded therein, or hinder, destruct or prevent the animal control officer from impounding any animal liable to be impounded. (Ord. 99-04, 11-16-1999)
