A. Public Property: It shall be the duty of the animal control officer to remove from the streets, alleys and public places within the animal control district all dead dogs, cats and other animals. Upon the removal of a dead animal, the animal control officer shall notify the owner, if known.
B. Private Property: It shall be the duty of the owner to dispose of his own animals from his private property. (Ord. 99-04, 11-16-1999)
