4-1-6: ANIMALS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES:
   A.   Permit Required, Inspection: It shall be a condition of the issuance of any permit to any owner of animals kept for commercial purposes that the inspectors of the county health department shall be permitted to inspect all animals and the premises where animals are kept upon reasonable notice to the owner, and the town clerk shall, if such permission for inspection is refused, revoke the permit of the owner.
   B.   Baby Animals And Fowl: No person shall sell, offer for sale, barter or give away baby chickens, ducklings or other fowl, or rabbits under eight (8) weeks of age, as pets, toys, premiums or novelties, or color, dye or transport the same into the animal control district.
   C.   Animals As Commercial Incentives: No person shall give away, offer for sale or barter any live animal, fish, reptile or bird as a prize for or as an inducement to enter any contest, game or competition, or as an inducement to enter a place of amusement or business, or offer such vertebrate as an incentive to enter any business agreement whereby the offer was the purpose of attracting trade.
