4-1-5: RABBITRY RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Restrictions: Any person, as of the effective date hereof, owning in excess of three (3) rabbits older than four (4) months of age, may keep but not replace them above the allotted number of three (3).
   B.   Location And Sanitation Requirements: It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, establish, cause or permit to be maintained or established, any rabbitry within one hundred feet (100') of a school, church, hospital, residence or dwelling, except the residence or dwelling of the owner. Such rabbitry shall have a floor or ground surface which is paved with concrete and sloped toward a drain or gutter, constructed in accordance with plumbing and building codes of the town, and provided that the floor shall be flushed daily and washed clean with water, and approved by the health department. Zoning and planning may grant exceptions to this section for organized youth group projects. (Ord. 99-04, 11-16-1999)
