A. Defined: Any residence or other property upon which an owner maintains more than three (3) dogs and/or cats shall be considered a kennel or cattery; provided, that more than three (3) dogs and/or cats may be maintained on the premises until they shall attain the age of six (6) months.
B. Zoning: Kennels and catteries will be allowed in the Town only in areas properly zoned for this type of business. (Ord. 99-04, 11-16-1999)
