A. State Municipal Election Laws: Except as otherwise provided in this Code or other Town ordinance, all elections within the Town shall be in compliance with Wyoming Statutes sections 22-23-101 to 22-23-1006, inclusive, as the same shall apply to the Town. A copy of such laws and of any subsequent laws and amendments thereto shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk, and the same are made a part of this Section by reference as though incorporated herein at length.
B. Primary Elections: The Town shall hold its primary election in accordance with and at the same time as the State primary and general elections. (Ord. 82-01, 4-15-1982)
