3-1-10: VENDING OF GARBAGE OR DECAYED FOOD:
No person shall vend or attempt to vend or dispose of any garbage or other article of food that may be decayed or partially rotten or that may have been taken from any garbage container, except for animal waste products intended for rendering. (Ord. 98-05, 8-4-1998)
