The Town Clerk shall deposit the license number of each license issued under this Chapter with the Chief of Police. The Chief of Police shall report to the Town Clerk any complaints against any person licensed under the provisions of this Chapter and any conviction for violation of this Chapter. The Town Clerk shall keep a record of all such licenses and of such complaints and violations. (Ord. 82-12, 10-19-1982)
