A. Hours Of Operation; Term: The licensee shall be valid for a term of two (2) days and authorizes the individual to conduct business during the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M., Monday through Saturday only. No business shall be conducted by an individual or entity holding a business license on Sunday. (1999 Code)
B. Transfer Of License: No license shall be transferred without written consent from the Mayor as evidenced by an endorsement on the face of the license by the Town Clerk showing to whom the license is transferred and the date of the transfer.
C. Prohibited Locations: No licensee under this Chapter shall establish a business location within twenty feet (20') of the curb or shoulder of any street, alley or highway nor within two hundred feet (200') of any intersection regulated by a traffic control device.
D. Exhibition Of License: The license issued under this Chapter shall be conspicuously posted in the place of business named herein. In the event that such person or persons applying for said license shall desire to do business in more than one place within the Town, separate licenses may be issued for each place of business, and shall be posted conspicuously in each place of business.
