A. Licensees under this Chapter shall pay to the Town Clerk/Treasurer a fee based upon the number of days such persons intend to do business in the Town. (Ord. 82-12, 10-19-1982)
B. The cost for a license shall be ten dollars ($10.00) or ten dollars ($10.00) per person for more than two (2) persons engaging in the business activity for an entity within the Town. (1999 Code)
C. Each license shall clearly state the number of days for which it will be valid and each license shall expire at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on the last day for which it is issued. (Ord. 82-12, 10-19-1982)
