721.02 GREENBELT AREA ADOPTED.
   (a)   Council hereby adopts a Greenbelt area one mile around the corporation limits.
   (b)   Council desires to restrict coal mining operations within one mile of the corporation limit. (Res. 2075. Passed 10-20-97.)
