717.11 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked at any time, by the Chief of Police, if the licensee is guilty of any fraud, misrepresentation or unlawful act in connection with his business, or otherwise; is found to be a person not fit to be engaged in such business; or if the licensee violates any of the provisions of this chapter. In the event that any license is revoked, the licensee shall be entitled to a hearing before the Mayor, who may either uphold or overrule the revocation. A request for such a hearing must be made within five (5) days of receipt of notice of revocation.
