353.05 PARKING METER HOURS.
   Parking meter hours shall be in effect during the following times:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
      Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
      Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
   No person shall be required to deposit coins in a parking meter on any Sunday or legal holiday.
