171.02 REMISSION OR SUSPENSION OF SENTENCE.
   The Mayor's Court in sentencing a person for a misdemeanor may, at the time of sentence, omit or suspend such sentence in whole or in part, upon such terms as the court may impose. (Ord. 1166. Passed 3-19-68.)
