(a) At the beginning of the Fiscal Year, the following employees will be granted an annual non-cumulative four hundred dollars ($400.00) clothing allowance: Operations Manager, Full Time Employees in the Street, Cemetery, Water, and Sewer Departments, Park Director, and Water and Sewer Plant Operators.
(b) In order to be entitled to a non cumulative clothing allowance, an employee shall have been employed with the Village for at least six (6) months in a full-time capacity.
(c) The Police Chief and each permanent police officer are entitled to a non-cumulative uniform allowance of six hundred dollars ($600.00) per calendar year. The probationary police officers are entitled to a non-cumulative uniform allowance of three hundred dollars ($300.00) upon hire. After a probationary police officer is appointed by Mayor as a permanent police officer, an additional three hundred dollars ($300.00) will be issued.
(d) The employee will need to make all purchases utilizing a Village of Barnesville Credit Card obtained from a Village Administrator, Fiscal Officer, Police Chief, or Operations Manager, a Village account with vendor, or remit receipts for items purchased with employee personal funds for reimbursement. Receipts must be provided for all purchases whether on-line or in a retail store location.
