153.12 REIMBURSEMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE E-SQUAD, FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND AUXILIARY POLICE.
   The Village will reimbursement any member of the voluntary emergency squad or the voluntary fire department and any member of the auxiliary police force for lost income which results from the member’s response to a subpoena issued as a result of the member’s service with the emergency squad, volunteer fire department, or auxiliary police force. Such reimbursement shall be in the amount of the lost income. In order to be entitled to such reimbursement, the individual shall file a statement with the Village Clerk showing the amount of time lost, the name of the employer, the amount of income lost, and any reimbursement received from other sources.
