153.09 NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY.
   (a)    The Municipality shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment, because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
   (b)    The Municipality shall not discriminate because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin against any employee in promotion, demotion, transfer, lay off, termination, rate of pay or selection for training.
   (c)    The Municipality shall also note the Equal Employment Opportunity Employer status on all official letterheads.
