(a) The Police Chief and each permanent police officer are entitled to a non-cumulative uniform allowance of six hundred dollars ($600.00) per calendar year.
(b) Part-time police officer, including a part-time Resource Officer, are entitled to a non-cumulative uniform allowance of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per calendar year.
