The following officers and employees of the Village shall have a performance bond in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000):
Mayor, Fiscal Officer, Income Tax Clerk, Police Chief, Park Director, Fire Chief, Water Office Clerk, Assistant Water Clerk, Village Administrator and Police Dispatcher.
